I'm fairly convinced I'm too far gone to fix anything

You spend so long being a hermit..and it makes everything else seem far more hassle than its worth. I have literally no desire or motivation to get "out there"..socialize/meet people..even just go to a shop, maybe I'm getting a little bit agoraphobic

It's odd, am I suppose to just accept it because I really don't see myself ever changing..yet I'm incredibly frustrated with it all

^ crying is a release of tension build up but if u feel its more than 4/5 days out of 7 suggest trip to gp?

Fun night - them not me. Sick of other nbors trying to place blame on me next morning. Will have to watch a 'bully' at craft later cos it's been bloody noisy for everyone else. Told doctor I feel I'm being bullied again when I'm out. She says ignore her but I'm tired. Anyway out around 10:30am again for various things. Also why can't your mother just phone you instead of 'watching' you move around town from the safety of her car. That could be misconstrued as stalking so she better watch herself. Shell never admit it ofc. Gggrrr and gggrrr again.

Really tired after a restless night of stupid dreams and waking up several times in the night to just go for a random walk across the landing then back to bed. Wtf!

Suspect I might have chipped a shoulder bone gtg in the bath last night. Sigh. Hope not. Last thing I need. Thinking a cool tattoo on left ankle might relieve some stress - at least temporarily but I know I have it for life if I do. So best not under the influence of anything. Stupid folk out front and mum not helping me. Usual.

Did you feel ready to come off them or just something the professionals advised? Also are you coming off them gradually?

My legs hurt, started working for deliveroo, in spite of what's in the news about the company it's the first job I have had that I truly love, I get paid to ride my bike and technically I am a pro cyclist . Doing it Bath is tough though and I forking hate bathwick hill.

There might be something else you could try or try a more gradual reduction. Good luck.
I was on Duloxetine, 20mg is the lowest dose ... To get any lower , you would have to weigh the beads or count them .

One Consultant Psychiatrist from my local health team , told me to come off 30mg , so I said no , I have 20mgs in my bag .. He said you won’t get any side effects ... If that is the case why do I feel so shite ... I start my new meds on Friday anyways ..

What are you going on to?

Fed up. Dentist appointment later. I think I need a filling plus the Dentist wants to discuss hospitalisation to have my wisdom tooth removed. I’ve developed a bit of a phobia of Dentists in recent years - as if having SA wasn’t enough. I cancelled my last appointment because it coincided with a stressful time, so I’ve got to go today

^^ I was meant to go to the dentist in September and I cancelled it, I need to get in touch to rearrange the appointment but I haven't, I should go.

This has been the most avoidant I've been when it comes to attending appointments, my old dentist retired and I struggle with change, I hate having to wait to be seen and being in the chair and I can't run away if I need to.

Totally fed up, everything is breaking at once, Kindle completely dead and although fixable the part is impossible to get, washing machine making weird grinding noises and not emptying, think it needs a new pump and door seal and is now in bits in the middle of the kitchen floor. Managed to put it down on my toe and now haven't got the energy to put it back together and move it back to where it should be.

My youngest son has 2 cars on the drive, both need scrapping but one of them doesn't seem to belong to anyone, DVLA took a year's tax from him in February but won't refund as he doesn't have the log book and the person who gave him the car (as a replacement for his old one that was crushed by a barn roof) didn't actually own it. The car we could get rid of is blocked in by the other one.
Why can't life be simple?

In the last 6 months I've lost all contact with my 2 grandsons and another little boy who I also treated as a grandson, had my youngest son taken to hospital by ambulance after threatening suicide then left to walk home alone about 5 miles at 2am with no money or phone after just being told to contact Minds Matter (I was away at the time), tried to help him through the break up of his relationship with the mother of this little one which he finally seems to be getting through thank goodness and done my best to help him financially while he's been out of work which has been difficult as I can't make ends meet as it is.

Luckily I have an amazing friend who is keeping me going and stopping me doing anything silly.

Are you doing a me and judging yourself for things you wouldn't judge other people for?

Haven't felt well for the last couple of days. Feel really dizzy and drained. Also have a migraine since yesterday. Hope it doesn't last any longer. Made a call today which I was dreading but the call girl was really pleasant so I needent have. I hate when really sturn, abrupt people answer and I turn into a stuttering, little child that completely forgets the reason she called. I had to complain to Carpetwright the other day, I was firm but ended up apologising to the guy because "look dude I really don't like talking to you in this manner, in fact I hate confrontation"...yeah way to make my complaint hit home.

Headachy. Sinuses/cold plus my heating either leaves me remaining cold or at the other end too hot and stuffy - there is seemingly no in between

Pockets of positveness today again being out in the world but those that cough, tut or humph when walking past me I'm afraid get the same in return. An 80 yr old gentleman with a walking stick presumably acknowledging Remembrance Sunday this weekend really ought to know better. Gtg my tangled thoughts unwound tom again. thank goodness. Sigh.
