Hello
Hi, I'm a software engineer and at 48, just starting to understand what SA is and how it's been affecting me my whole life.
I don't have too much of a problem with standing up in front of people and giving a presentation. I've been doing this for about 10 years or so at international meetings twice a year. Year one was very difficult for me... Where I do have huge problems is talking to people, especially someone I really like. Hoping to talk to people here and maybe even learn a few things

Welcome, Jim. I'm sure there are quite many people on these forums who can relate to your experiences.
