I dont normaly bother myself but I watched it and it was pretty crap until the end. I didnt think the end bit was real but I was in a little doubt. The audience looked shell shocked!

just caught the end of it after BB could tell it was a stunt when he got ran over.studio audience bought it though

He's very good but i think he's possibly running out of ideas now and doing these much larger stunts which aren't as good imo as some of his earlier stuff.

Isn't all the stuff real, I mean he is absolutely mind blowing.

I saw an episode of his once, where he made a woman confident for an interview, and she aced it, or so i think LOL.

I'm sure he could work his charms on me.

Hes an amazing magician thats for sure and hes got some tricks and all the right talk, but I dont buy into it. Like Johnni said, its just stunts. The lotto prediction one he did was all camera trickery and whatnot.

Yeah that's how I feel too pretty much. Especially when something's televised the audience can be actors, it can be using special effects, multiple recordings and selections.

I watched one of Browns early shows where he got Heinz to put a watch in a tin of beans

then gave up until that show he did where he exposed psychic frauds etc.

I liked it. the papers billed it as some like popularisation of those old psych experiments, when it was more candid camera. But I liked how it got a bit dark at the end.

Well, yes, of course it's fake. There is no such thing as magic. It's all sleight-of-hand and trickery. But that's part of the fun. The way that through clever trickery the performer creates the appearance of having done something that is impossible.

I don't think that anyone goes to watch a magician so they can marvel at his actual magic powers.

It was definatly an end I didnt expect. I was watching the show and thinking how shit scared id have been in those situations the guy was being put in, but I thought the swerve at the end was really harsh on the audience, they were only there for a gameshow

I liked the show; I don't normally watch Derren Brown's stuff, but this looked promising. I like the fact that the audience were left stewing in their guilt for a time, they might've only been there for a gameshow, but they were prepared to push another person en masse, for kicks. Even if the people who started yelling 'smash his room up' were plants, which I suspect they were, they pretty much all cheered when they smashed up the poor guys telly. It made for pretty uncomfortable viewing.

Watched it late last night, I was absolutely amazed by it all.

However, I would of picked at least one positive thing to happen to the guy.

Just loved it.
