Default Health Anxiety

We've been emailed at work lots of resources about home working and mental health. Thought this one might be if interest to some I guess (I haven't looked at it properly as yet) as it's broader and about health anxiety.

I think, maybe, I suffer with health anxiety

I've had blood tests in the past after scaring myself that there's something seriously wrong with me, and they invariably come back normal. However, I know such tests aren't infallible and they might have missed something. A few years on and I'm still alive so I guess that should be proof enough that I can't be that ill
