Feeling a bit better. Had been putting off and putting off booking removals - avoidance at its best! - but managed it the smorning. Also managed to get a/l so not back at work till next wed, I feel I need a break. Did almost a full day on monday as I was booked on for some pathfinder/nhs risk assessment training all afternoon. All about suicide so that was cheery.
Went across to the new flat this smorning felt a bit better about it. Still haven't a clue where to park my car, the manager doesn't know which car port is mine *eyeroll*. I get the feeling she doesn't know much about anything.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed with all these appointments coming up when I canâ€™t get out my house lately argh, got one for learning difficulty test coming up and Iâ€™m feeling anxious cos my Brain freezes when Iâ€™m around people. I donâ€™t think I have a learning difficulty, just always been anxious so not able to focus with people around but they want to check anyway...

I feel like Iâ€™m going backwards in so many ways. I seem to have gained many of my old habits from my pre-CBT age (not that I completely got rid of them of course). My depression has creeped back with a vengeance. I just really hope I can get back on track - it is mostly to do with Covid of course, but also my personal life, as well as feeling this country is going backwards.

Exhausted, I hate being on meds. I stopped my olanzapine cos I thought that was making me more tired but Iâ€™m still taking my venlafaxine. Read that can make you tired too.

Since august.I have had blood tests done to see if itâ€™s anything else. I just seem to be sleeping a lot.

Spent the whole day avoiding making some potentially awkward phone calls. Did procrastination method b), which is where you do useful tasks other than the number one useful task you are meant to be doing. I can't do the task tomorrow, because I've got family stuff for the next few days. I can't believe I'm still like this.

Calmer, I decided to join back to kickboxing.

Also I have had a manic pattern recently with social media, quitting and joining back. I think I wanna quit Instagram and Facebook for a long time as they are a big distraction for me and make me depressed. I know itâ€™s not the same for everyone but for me I notice this pattern. I am keeping Twitter and youtube though as they donâ€™t depress me. I think my Twitter has a small, controlled enough social circle that it doesnâ€™t feel too much for me.

First time back. The sensei was in a good mood so it was calm. My technique is kinda poor though, I need to practice it.
