Default Working out a compound angle

You lot are brain boxes, what's the best way of figuring out a compound angle ?
It's a pyramid, I need to know what angle to cut each corner on a bandsaw. Mind it's angled in two ways.

Just use trigonometry if you know height and lengths. After all it's all triangles apart from the square base.

trig doesn't work very easily as it's a compound mitre, if i was working it out i'd draw the pyramid out to scale on a bit of scrap mdf then use a sliding bevel to set the saw from the rod

you could probably get away with cutting the angle slightly more acutely than shown on the rod/drawing as it's the sharp edge of the angle which will show from the outside after you glue it together

ignore what i wrote earlier the answer is 45 degrees

the triangles on the side of the pyramid are all equilateral ones meaning the sides add up to 180 divide that by three gives you 90 degrees for each angle and if you look at your pyramid side on the angel between the two sides would be the same at 90 degrees so half that would be 45 degrees

that is unless your pyramid isn't made up of equilateral triangles and in which case go back to my answer i posted this morning
