Cycling 30 minutrs a day
Im using my indoor cycle for 30 minutes a day. Built up from 5 minutes about a month ago.
Its good for my stress levels and leg strength. |

It's a great way to keep fit. I've always loved the low impact nature of cycling. My knees never took well to running, even on machines.
