Not quite sure what you mean that PMs used to be sent to your MSN? Unless you mean the pop-up thingy that comes up in MSN to tell you that you have a new email? If so, I just checked your account and the email PM notification option is definitely enabled.

Check your spam folders, this happened to me recently, they all started going into the spam for some reason.

Just to let you guys know, Microsoft have placed part of our provider's network on their block list for some reason, and emails sent from us to Hotmail and Live accounts are currently not being sent. ASO are working on this and hope to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible, which will hopefully mean that you will start to receive notification emails again real soon.
