Interesting, I stumbled across this video randomly a few weeks back.
She says the right things, but just the vibe of the video... it just makes a problem not to look that serious.

I am not sure what is it... perhaps, the music?

The girl in the video describes social anxiety perfectly but for some reason I couldn't quite relate. I think I'd prefer something a little less contrived, but that's just me.
