Pretty good.

My rowing has come along nicely this week. Been rowing multiple times a day (on a machine). Manged a few 1000m, 1500m, 2000m and am finding 500m rows super easy now, where that had been my limit before.

Was meant to go climbing tonight but got soaked in work most of the day well all day so didn't really fancy it in the end as i'm abit cold so its going to be sitting on the couch and watch TV tonight n try and get warm!

I've got lots going on in my mind, to the point where mindfulness is not working. I can't even describe what I'm thinking about which is the most frustrating thing.

Basically I feel like the UK right now - I don't know what the hell i'm doing or whats going on.

Feeling very very sleepy to the point where I’m really strugging to keep my eyes open but I’m trying my best to keep awake until my other half comes to bed because the creaking floorboards will disturb me and then I’ll be awake all night!

Still not feeling great, been reading some stuff online today though and I'm pretty sure I've experienced multiple anxiety attacks recently and my body and mind are still in recovery from this, I also have a cold at the moment which is probably compounding the issue.

Flat. Saw someone from MHT this morning for a much overdue appointment. Although I told them my history I fobbed off with some useless advice and told to use an online website regarding anxiety.

Sleepy. Not sure why. Went to the sanctuary the s'morn as they were short and then round to see lady I used to volunteer with as she's been in hospital. Managed to stay there for nearly 3 hours! Maybe it's that thats tired me out. 3 hours of having to actually talk to someone, lol.

Scuse me, think I can decide for myself, I'm 41.
Just the way he told me like it's an order.
I don't like driving in snow but if I'm the only one not going in I'll look like a right lemon.
I friggin hate snow, it always messes everything up

^ I hate snow too. Okay, it looks pretty, even magical, first thing in the morning when everywhere is covered in an undisturbed white blanket but come 7:30 am when the world has awoken it quickly turns into a skiddy squelchy grey slush. Unless you are a young child or the parent of a young child I really can’t imagine who would welcome the appearance of snow.

Anyway...

Am feeling so very sleepy but yet again I dare not drop off until the other half has come up to bed. Last time I did drop off beforehand and not even the creaking floorboards caused me to stir. Then just after 1am the cat decided to go beserk around the room. I woke up with a start and wasn’t able to sleep for the rest of the night. If this carries on I’m going to start sleeping in an isolation tank.

^^ We had some snow yesterday and I noticed that a pair of Postmen (they were both male) came round instead of just the usual one. I hope they were operating a buddy system to keep eachother safe from falling over on icy roads while delivering the mail!

Drove in to work this morning, main roads were ok just a few minor ones were a bit dodgy. Most of us made it in. But at 930 got told to go home.

We had two posties yesterday as well, I guessed one of them was learning a new route, I hadn't thought about them teaming up in the bad weather.

I'm genuinely concerned that there are some drivers out there who do not know that the heaters in their cars can be used to defrost the windscreen

Surely de-misting the windows is a part of driving lessons?

I actually don't think anything about de-misting windows is in driving lessons? (It would be incredibly sensible to do so!)

I only had my lessons 5-6 years ago and I can't remember anything, maybe there was a quick glance over the buttons but it always amuses me you learn to drive in a relatively brand new car then end up buying a shagged old heap as your first car as you cant afford anything else, things go and move/are missing

I also seem to buy cars that have the worst windscreens, my mates just destroys anything on the screen and is instantly clear before hes got his seatbelt on, same at work..everyones half way home and I'm still blasting things out to try and clear the damn glass

Aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!!

That about sums up my last two and a half weeks.

Since Christmas I think I have had four full nights sleep and I don't think there are any of my demons that haven't come out to play over that period too. My brain just does not want to get better.

Never mind, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger they say. After that lot I should be able to take on King Kong and Godzilla at the same time with one hand tied behind my back.

Not sure 10 minutes is necessarily sufficient for women to find someone they actually want to have sex with, or to ensure their safety, or for people in general not to look down on them (including the person they had sex with, curiously)

Me, I let my tablets deal with my sexual frustration. Can't be sexually frustrated if you don't have a sex drive.
