^/^^ Thank you both so much xx

It's just been a particularly difficult week. It's hard to save a drowning person when you are drowning yourself and vice versa. Hopefully the weekend will be better.

Getting better.

I've been a bit down over the last few days due to too many difficult things happening and not enough good things.

This trashes my motivation and I have to be careful not to fall down a deep hole when this happens.

With a little bit of effort I think I have halted the decline and if I can get a bit of sleep tonight I might get back on track.

If only I could put all this effort into living rather than just staying alive.

Poop.

^ Thanks, I hope so too. I am debating whether to take a little something to help but I am not much into pills.

I hope things ease up for you too and that you have a good weekend.

^ I haven't been out so I don't know what it's like although I've been told it's warmer outside than indoors! Sadly there's no sunshine coming through the window here today unlike yesterday.

Driving along to horse welfare place and my engine light and STOP light came on. I pulled over and after 5/10 mins restarted and the lights were off. Luckily I was less then 5 mins away from where I needed to be so carried on. Car had a 2 hr rest but I was a bit about driving it back. Got about 2/3 miles from home and again the lights came on. I'd been watching the temperature gauge and it seems to be that that's the problem/setting the lights off. I suppose it could be simple like coolant or oil, knowing my luck it'll be something else, just hope it's nothing to do with the bloody head gasket

Tired but good.

I managed to get more sleep than normal so thanks Consolida, you must have put a good word in for me somewhere.

It was a bit of a dream filled night. One was a dream where some people were trying to cut open my head and do some brain surgery in my bedroom. That morphed into one of those sleep paralysis things, I was awake, paralysed, and convinced I was about to have my head cut open. Interesting.

Strangely I managed to get back to sleep after that.

The morning was spent out in the garden which has made me feel a lot better.

Pretty cack

I seem to spend all my time either getting stressed about my job, stressed about my future..or stressed worrying about my stubborn father who clearly isnt well but refuses to do anything about it.

Once the weekend comes I spend it all asleep or in bed watching rubbish on youtube as thats all I have the energy to do

Rinse and repeat for numerous years

Angry.
Some idiot graffitied on our front wall (tag name) and on some other properties.
Police won't be interested. The CCTV doesn't cover that spot. Even if it did catch him he'd probably be wearing a hoodie.

How disrespectful.
To think someone gave birth to that
I'd like to throttle him.
Dad's painted over it now

@ itzum Sounds like it's done you the world of good telling some well deserving people that they are muppets. I'll have to try that myself sometimes

@ Vienna That kind of thing would annoy me too. Why do people think it's okay to vandalise another persons property?? I really can't understand it at all as myself and my own son were brought up to respect other people's property and to not to do anything to another person if we wouldn't like the same done to ourselves.

The crime rate has shot up where I live (or is it just that I'm more aware of it since joining neighbourhood watch?) Gangs of youths are regularly breaking into houses at night taking the car keys and making off with the home owners car. And you take your life in your own hands if you confront anyone because even children as young as 13 are carrying knifes. I don't know where it's all going to end

I'm glad your Dad was at least able to paint over the graffiti, Vienna. Hope it doesn't happen again!

Annoyed about being blamed for a mistake at work by the new manager, with no evidence I actually did it (I've never done it before, and I honestly can't understand why I would have done it now). In an email so I couldn't explain that, which was sent just to me and not to the two other people it could potentially have been. It pisses me off because I didn't want to say, no I definitely didn't do it, because I can't prove that and of course there is the possibility I did. And I'd honestly rather admit when I cock something up than risk it returning to bite me in the bum later. But then I don't know if that means people think it's easier to pin stuff like this on me?

Bored. And also as i'm lying here my heart keeps giving me sharp pains every five minutes or so. Also had the darkly comic thought that I now can't look at porn cos what if I have a heart attack? Given that my mum or sister would be the ones to find me... Plus if I am about to have a heart attack i'm not going out with my jammy dodger on show.
But I really don't like this! You should only be aware you have a heart when it's racing! Rest of the time you should be utterly heartless (least i'll go out on a pun )

Pleasantly surprised. Went for my 1st appointment with this CPN from the pathfinder network. She'd posted out a letter outlining 3 sessions and hinted at looking at complex PTSD. However I can have up to 6 sessions and after thinking about me she's decided to focus on personality. So I'm guessing she thinks personality disorder is my issue. She mentioned Emotionally unstable personality disorder (the new name for Borderline Personality disorder) but said it didn't entirely fit. So i'm guessing AvPD will be the outcome. We covered from about 0 - 8 in that session, so I guess the next one will follow on. She's about my age, totally not clinical (semi green tinted, half shaved hair and big DM boots ) so very easy to like.

Went first to the cat sanctuary, oh! the kittens are so lovely
