^ Sorry to hear your period is being such a bitch this month Kooky, but your description about the adhesive wings on the pad made me chuckle. Many a time I***8217;ve grappled with the same problem
It***8217;s also not pleasant when you are rushing to get ready and you put the pad in your, erm, undergarment the adhesive side up or is that just me

^ I used to take mefanamic acid (spelling could be wrong ) and that really helped.

I have the feeling that my period will start today or tomorrow, I feel really bloated, and cranky, everything and everyone is getting on my nerves.

Well in theory I'm due now. 28th day. It explains the glums, tiredness and headaches I guess. I've suspended my diet this evening and am having a pizza.

I had a bottle of wine last night. Woke up the s'morning thinking jesus what a hangover. Splitting head etc... nope just the arrival of the curse
Still atleast it won't be with me over xmas and new year.
