I can't believe it!
 Well, first of all I am not new. I felt like coming over to tell you how things are going but ended up being sent here. So hello guys! Hope you've been good. I guess none of you are going to remember me (I was sunshine in the other forum) so I'd like to start again. Here's briefly what I've been through over the past year since I found out about Social Anxiety. Just hope you have the time to listen lol  -----Here it goes. Well I was prescribed tablets and given Cognative Behavioural Therapy for my anxities and I have been called back for my final session of therapy in August. I will soon stop taking my medication too. I am on Paroxetine 30mg. When I came here the last time, I was thinking of going to college but my parents said I should keep my job because they thought I would drop out. I didn't drop out I made it and you know what? I am starting University in September  Yes that is a big achievement for me. I tried to keep it short...hehe. |
