Trying to work out taxes and it's hightening my anxiety ALOT. I have a feeling I've underpaid tax as I'm self employed, this time of year always seems to worsen the way I feel. I read here: https://www.income-tax.co.uk/ that in the U.K we have a personal allowance of £11,500 is that right?

This stuff is really confusing me and my anxiety is not being helpful at all. I hate calling up for stuff like this, as sometimes my anxiety get's so bad I can't even communicate properly even over the phone. Can somebody advise if they're self employed and how they went about paying taxes? I recently decided to accept freelance work and I'm worried I will get chased down and told to pay money back?

Weekend was relaxing, today not so much. Might do some meditation soon to take my mind off things.

I used to get into proper rows about this stuff with people who claimed it was real...that was time well spent!

I do find it hard to believe that living people survived the radiation belts with little more than tin foil to keep them safe...but I have moved on my position. I think they probably went but maybe had to fake some of the footage, maybe because it was damaged as some say it would have been...or simply to match what they thought people would expect to see and keep public interest high. Either way I guess it's just a fun 'what if' if nought else.

Trying to find something to watch. I used to love watching loads of stuff, horrors, drama series, comedy....now I seem to just have apathy

, the exception is documentries (God knows why!) though I think i'm running out of watchable one's of them, lol.

I wish I could find more like 'The Jinx' and 'The Staircase/Soupcons' but there isn't many of that style/quality about. I enjoyed West of Memphis recently and watched Caputuring the Friedmans the other day which was so so (they be

). Might try The Thin Blue Line as it seems to have good reviews.

Just got my online food delivery. Have spent ages trying to fit stuff in my freezer

(I haven't bought that much but there's existing stuff there).
I've also just discovered I've got 3 packs of veggie sausages after buying yet more :/

Gonna have a cuppa tea and browse the xmas tv mag.
