Default Interesting article

Just to let you all know, the Sunday Times has a guide which will be published over four weeks on 'Your Brain - how to use it', that I think is very interesting.

Week one was out last Sunday but I am sure could be accessed online.

Well worth looking at!

Hi MasterCaster, you are right in what you say.

However, the more you can read and the better informed you are, the easier it is to act on the content.

Just like the saying 'you can take a horse to water but can't make it drink', it is up to the individual to act upon these things. Basically, with SA the only person that can help you get better is yourself, although CBT, self-help books, articles etc can point you in the right direction.

Each to their own..

Yep i'm following the Times mind theme cd's there was one out in the Saturday edition times: Deep relaxation by paul Mckenna. I'm all up for these type of focus areas, as ok they may not be based on new info but it opens up various topics that may freshen your interest in them.
