Im bored at uni so wanted to post

Well got a lecture at 10AM. Im in early and im alone. In the lecture, it is likely the teacher will tell us to inroduce ourselves etc etc. We are doing video production.

My anxiety has gone away a lot but im scared today! My mate has not come in yet and i dont know where the room is.

So im going now and when i came back i hope to post that it went fine. It will go fine, but will i crack under the pressure? Will i go home doughting my chances in life? Im feeling sick but im not scared, just anxious for it to go ok.

I am sure you will have found the anticipary anxiety is actually far worse than the actual anxiety, and once you started, you would have been ok.

I was right, had to introducee, went ok but felt anxious on the build up.
