It seems with unskilled jobs, since the tasks are basic, and that doesn't mean they aren't hard in any way, it seems people judge you for your social skills more than what you put into a task as most people are expected to be able to do the task.

If I had to rely on my social skills for work I would have been permanently unemployed, the only thing I have are practical skills, luckily they are enough to get me by.

But even in a skilled job you would still have to start out as the new guy, and also skills have to be learned so in the beginning you will be doing more menial tasks, although you will be doing it with a goal - to get to do more of the interesting 'clever' stuff.

I must've woken from a very deep sleep cos i'm feeling utterly crap.

I woke up in the mid of night worrying about my Dad too - something about his body language is alarming me (hopefully it's nothing). I felt racked with guilt over various things for an hour or so before sleep set in again.

Concerned about some alarming reports re: Youtube and their new rules about what is 'not advertiser-friendly' and removing monetisation from offending videos, rules that seem to suggest any kind of swearing, sexual humour, even 'sensitive subjects' (one channel had a video on depression censored, another on acne bizarrely ) isn't allowed (even though a large % of some of the most popular channels contain these things), bit of a baffling turn of events, but the 'not advertiser-friendly' quote says it all really, basically content creators can only make money off videos that are deemed marketable under the new rules, which isn't going to be great for those who try to or do make a living off of Youtube...
