So I've got a blood test tomorrow (only 4 weeks after I started having issues)

i have to go take a test today, i realise that i should be stressed and i am having a totally flat emotional response, its amazing. experiencing sociopath level lack of reaction, i'm really into this. a few things happened like this recently where i realised i should be v stressed but just couldn't even find any f|_|cks to give.

i do have things that still stress me out a lot and in particular i had a lot of (unrelated) annoying shit in my head yesterday but at least there are certain things that even though i reckon i "should" feel stressed, i truly just can't be arsed.

Feel like I've had my defences up the last couple of months in anticipation of moving, and now it's happened and I have nothing major to be concerned about, I can feel myself slipping back into my default aimlessly sad state. It feels a bit like, if I don't have something to direct all my anxiety and worries towards, they just hover over me until everything becomes stagnant. It's like emotional nausea, and I want something to happen to make me emotionally throw up.

I***8217;ve suffered with a few scary episodes of double vision since I was out yesterday and can***8217;t get rid of this horrid headache. I think I***8217;ve got a sinus infection. It***8217;s one thing after another lately - I think I***8217;m a hopeless case.

I think you are right about that actually Jinny because I have an ulcer or two in my mouth too which often happens when I’m really run down. I bought some vitamin/mineral pills yesterday. Hubby has poo pooed the idea but they can’t hurt can they? You need every little help as you start to get older
