Anyone ever taken this?

Far as i can ascertain it's some kinda legal herbal stuff but it's been recommended to me by sumone abit crazydutch. Better than val apparently

Valerian is a herb used to relieve anxiety, and yes it's supposed to be just as good as diazapam.

This herb is in 'kalms' tablets, I think, which is available from health shops, and chemists.

I have 'Kalms sleep', which contain all anti anxiety herbs (including valerian), I take a couple of these tablets, which are stronger than regular kalms, before anything stressful, they do relax you, and don't force me to sleep, just to relax.

Yeah i've taken this, it's great if you need help to sleep but that's about it.

I'd heard that it was some kind of magic confidence booster but in reality it's just a herbal sedative! Well that's my experience anyway.

so you can get it in herbal shops and stuff? i tried the normal kalms once and they were useless. do you just go in and ask for sum valerian?

Yes, this is going back a couple of years but i bought it in safeways! I don't think it was 100% pure valerian mind you. I don't even know if you can still get it now.
In my exprience it provoked a similar reaction to drinking a couple of pints of lager except without the need to pee quite as often!

It depends which nytol. The herbal nytol is rubbish, but the Nytol 'One a Night' containing Diphenhydramine is not rubbish. Diphenhydramine is a deleriant, take too many and you start tripping out.

It's because you mixed all those three together. You took way too much nytol and valium and mixed them with alcohol.

I'm not a doctor but the best advice I could give is just drink loads of water to flush it out of your system.
