^haha yeah plus it'd be ****ing boring literally never judging anyone, ever. What a bore that person would be ''oh ffs how has he missed from there it's an open goal'' ''I don't know I just try not to judge''

''jesus he killed 67 people with a samurai sword'' ''well lets not pass judgement on him shall we?''

Self-declarations of open-mindedness are annoying. It's not for me to say how open-minded I am. I'm probably a bit blind to all the ideas I won't entertain or think about. How do these people know they are so open-minded and wise and free from prejudice?

I was just looking at railcards. It would appear if you travel alone and are over 30 and not yet a senior citizen there isn't a railcard for you, this seems very unfair.

^ train fare is robbery for younger folk. Considering how green everyone supposedly is these days it makes no sense at all.

Yes, you get ripped off in between 25 and 60 unless you're travelling with kids. Is it 30 now, that's making it up to date at least. IMO it's a hangover from times when people over 60 were usually poorer than people of working age in work, and parents didn't get as much government help. It's annoying. Don't even get me started on the free buses after 9:30 am for over 60s. I'm pretty sure that still exists.

Because I seem to have got stuck at the mental age of 22, part of my brain thinks I should qualify for an Under-25 railcard LOL. As in, I'm somehow surprised that I don't.

YouTube videos from official channels for big companies that have those sort of breathless caps-locked clickbaity titles, like they're going 'Mate, oh my god, mate, you have to see this video, mate, that's a clip from a TV show we produced, mate!!' I'm looking at you, Channel 4.

^^ if you have a yearly travelcard in London you get a "Gold Card" which gives you discounts on rail fares, not to everywhere in the UK but as least as far away as Exeter. That just means they've already robbed you blind once though!

^ another thing is it's often a LOT cheaper to book separate tickets from A to B and B to C than direct from A to C. I wanted to go from London to Manchester and it would have been £90 return direct, or £60 if you book London/Birmingham + Birmingham/Manchester.
There are sites which claim to find the cheapest split fare but some of them are useless and find nothing.

London to Birmingham is always weirdly cheap for some reason.

Ah - Biscuits - think you don't need kids for the family card but there's a max of two adults, but I do remember being annoyed that a friend could take a 4 person family out for less money than me on my tod (after buying the card). Perhaps the assumption is if you're travelling single it's because you really need to and will pay anything. Who knows.

That I'm having to pay £40 and take an afternoon off work to travel to barely be able see men dressed in white hitting an invisible ball as a part of a game I'm not in the slightest interested in while sitting still for 3 hours out in the baking sun.

So not impressed.

How the only way I can contact my fella ( who lives 2 hours away) is by his landline.
No text, no mobile, no Facebook.....
He might be at his parents but I don't want to bother them if he's not there.

Side effects from sa meds :/ Well just one main side effect I suppose. I will probably pop like a champagne cork when I stop taking them. Although my anxiety is through the roof when I***8217;m not taking any SA meds. Then again I will probably be anxiety free one day, but just too old to pop my champagne cork.

Anyway, I would like to dedicate this song to my future self:

I had some items in my Amazon basket

It's just told me that two of the things are only available to 'prime' members. I'm sure they weren't when I added them to my basket :suspicious:

He does have a mobile but it sits in his car glove box. So really, he doesn't actually use it. He doesn't know how to send a text message on it. He's pretty old school.

When you've been patting yourself on the back for years, thinking how patient a person you are, but really it's that you don't have a life and bucketloads of spare time

Ha, that is a weird kinda thing to do. Do you inspect the contents in the aisle or at the till whilst buying?

I think they appreciate any sort of instore custom these days, i'm sure they were more than willing to help.

Makes me wonder whether it's worth a visit to Ann Summers, to persuade one of the staff to model some lingerie for 'my girlfriend, who happens to be the exact same size'

Yep, I open up the make up for inspection if it’s powder because people have a habit of testing it. Most things have a little window or are wrapped in plastic.

You could try it in Anne Summers, but they sell things in there that could double up as weapons. Ifyaknowwhatimean.

Also:

Haha, thanks! Once you've seen my charms you can't unsee them!

Well, sounds like you ought to keep it up, you never know when someone's been crafty.

Biscuits! What were you doing in Anne Summers??
