CBT is progressing well...
Just had my first review regarding my CBT treatment and my therapist is pleased with the progress I have made so far. He has seen that there have been improvements in a number of areas so far. Now it'll be time to concentrate on the positive things and putting things into action over the next few months.

Re: CBT is progressing well...
Well done for keeping up the CBT you should be proud of yourself!
I have found it very useful in getting from having three years off work to getting back to full-time work. You might find a self-help book by Gillan Butler useful, called Overcoming Social Anxiety and Shyness, based on CBT techniques. |

Saito Therapy would not agree with you.
You can not improve your action against fear by training. The most important thing for anxiety people is to stand up now and do your chores. They are most likely cleaning your room and buying your food and so on. |
