I'm feeling very tired this morning and a bit disappointed I wasn't able to get myself up and get to work, I wanted to get back into my normal routine after Sunday as after the pass-out, all through the time in A&E and then all of yesterday I didn't fell too bad like before after panic attacks (if that's what it was) and I didn't want it to be a set-back again with my anxiety levels but lying in bed this morning feeling tired and not like getting up debating whether to get up for work or not seems to have taken a lot out of me and I'm strting to think now "what if it hapens again?" and I don't want those kind of feelings as it'll start holding me back.

The follow up appointment at the hospital being changed from tomorrow to next Tuesday hasn't helped either as I was thinking it was good I got in so quickly and would get it over and done with straight away now I've just got extra time to worry and I don't think it's going to help.

I'm feeling alright. Was in Brighton yesterday and went there again the s'morning for IT course. Was ok. 20 min break was trickier and didn't really know what to do with myself. We all wandered into the café, I sat playing with my phone. A woman around my age plonked herself down next to me though and chatted away (how do ppl do that?!!!) and so I chatted back. Then another lady grabbed me saying she was sure she knew me from somewhere. They all seem alright I suppose. Back again Thursday.

I'm sort of amazed how calm I am (for now) about it all. 'tis somewhat confusing! Hope it lasts!

Lol the lady who took my registration yesterday has a son with social phobia so she was well in there today (subtly) making sure I was alright. It wasn't needed, but it was quite sweet she remembered. We had quite a discussion about how rubbish the NHS is with sa yesterday . Funny the ppl you unexpectedly meet.

Are you being seen for follow up tests or attending a particular clinic?

I tackled my anxiety with making "just in case" plans , I find comfort in knowing if something happens I still have some control , but it's OTT if you have people in your life and are usually well.
Thanks NoraBatty, it's a check with the brain people I think just to give me once over as I lost consciousness for quite a while (about 5 minutes we think) and injured myself in the fall, which is considered rare if you just faint so they want to check if there was maybe another cause (although it may have been the knock on the head that kept me out).

Thanks either/or, I think one of the things getting me down this morning was the fact that I'm not really going to be able to go for a bike ride until after the second appointment now, which is my main hobby, just in-case something happened.

I was told not to drive (I don't even have a license though) but nothing else but I think it's best not to risk it even though it's probably a panic attack and unlikely to happen while riding.

Yeah I know, but I'm going to run out of weather for any good rides at this rate (and I'm really fast at the moment)

Was really tired when I got up again this morning and couldn't get up for work again which makes me feel a bit stressed each time.

I think one contributing factor to the tiredness is just simply that I can't lie on my left side in bed as I don't want to knock the scabs on my head so when I wake up in the night and would usually turn over (I luckily normally sleep on my right side anyway) i just have to stay on the same side and can't get back to sleep.

Vaguely anxious.
Was in the bath and the door went. Turned out to be the postman with a registered letter, he just put a slip through the door and left. Won't be able to pick it up till tomorrow but now I'm worrying what the hell it is. The last registered letter I had was NHS medical records so it can't be that. I've got nothing due to come my way. I'm already thinking it must be something bad/negative *eyeroll*

Poopoo. But more books have arrived for me to destroy reading in the bath. Thoughts on my voice keep yo-yoing. Need to get the confidence to use it in front of people. Haven't slept in a while. May go to the opticians for an eyetest. It's been years since my last specks. What's the deal with the NHS voucher thing? Do you get it from your GP or the opticians?
