Re: who is your fave comic?
Ross noble, I don't think anyone else quite does what he does. In the clip above he talks about a taxi driver/dressage trainer. I saw him do that bit live except he literally took about 15 minutes because he sometimes randomly decides to act out scenes, and he started obsessing about where he was sitting, where the taxi driver was sitting. Then he noticed that when he was miming the driver he was hunched over, so went off on one about hunchbacks. Also the first half hour of any show is all about the town he's in and the people in the first few rows. |

Re: who is your fave comic?
I also love Louis CK. Look up 'suck a bag of dicks' on youtube. Also why limit it to stand up comics? The Lonely Island are amazing...

Re: who is your fave comic?
Well he has performed comedic material so I's say he fits the definition. I'm completely out of touch with everything Charlie Brooker does, I havn't seen him on any recent tv show or read his column in months. I need to get on that...

Re: who is your fave comic?
i don't know if the UK airs 'two & a half men",
with charlie sheen. i like the humor of the show-- when it's not too raunchy. the later seasons seem raunchier (to me), but i still watch. i used to love monty python, john cleese(how is that spelled, please?) |

Re: who is your fave comic?
Steve Hughes from Australia is probably my favourite stand up comedian at the moment. He certainly isn't for everyone and he's a bit more controversial than alot of other comedians but I think he's hilarious.

10o'clock live reminds me that I need to add Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert to my list. They do the american equivalent shows and it's just better. |
