very! I went out earlier to play tennis against my flatmate but it was a nightmare.

I've got a headache now actually, dehydrated and stressed out I think - just wanna turn off my stupid brain. Flatmate wants to have a drink and watch football in a bit but I just wanna stay in bed and feel sorry for myself.

Yeah why not, a wee drink and a chilled evening with your friend, no point in feeling sorry for yourself that'll make you feel even worse!

Ill, I have a sore throat and a bad cough that isn't helping any. Tomorrow I have to go do my Food Hygeine test at the Work Programme, so that should be fun.

Feel awful. Worst I've felt in a long time this week. Everyday at work I can't wait for it to finish and be back home, I get home, have nothing to do, but feel like I can't physically do anything as I'm so tired. I feel like I should give up fighting and just let this black hole swallow me up. I'm feel just numb. Can't see the point in anything anymore.

Haven't slept for, like, 36 or 37 hours. That's not a direct statement of how I'm feeling but you should be able to extrapolate a reasonable assumption about my current state from the information given. I'm feeling weirdly lucid but at the same time I only have a loose grip on reality.

Pretty pleased with myself :D Just went to a group that regularly gets together to watch anime. Considering these were a group of friends that had been meeting up for about a year and i was the newbie i'm quite proud of how i handled it :D

Now i've just got to get through a interview tomorrow and i'm golden.........for a while anyway

My cat & I are okay, she's no longer scared of me. For hours I just saw these two glowing eyes staring at the from under the bed until I comforted her. She's trying to eat grass though and won't touch IAMs so I gave that to an older cat and I'm getting Tammy some nice soft meat.

I rang one of the band members last night to ask why he had removed the logo from my 'Like's' section of FB. No answer. So I texted and said 'do you want me to stop calling/texting?' no answer. I went ahead and deleted his # to remove temptation but then he rang and breathed down the phone, then he texts saying 'what's up, has someone upset ya?'

IDK what's going on but life's too short for games. He only rang/texted to make sure I kept his #.

A therapist said I should write a letter to the guy I like offering to just be a friend, a shoulder to cry on.

Good......finally starting to see small changes and ive got more things to look forward to.

More in control of myself and getting rid of those serious rigid facial expressions. Art class is going really well to.

As far as SA goes....its a case of..... pain = progress x consistent action.

Some people take advantage of 'nice', it wouldnt have been wrong of you to just tell him to piss off in the end.

A couple of weeks back I had a rude and ultra agressive customer in the shop who started swearing at me because I made a mistake on the till, when I mentioned bringing out the manager to correct it he got all paranoid and violent and demanded his money back when I tryed to explain. It was disgusting how he treated me but I just took it because there were other customers in the shop and it wouldnt have been right to stoop to that level in front of them. Oh how I wanted to let rip on that ****. I could have handled it better but having SA I handled it the best I could. I was being 'nice' and he acted like a prick because he thought he could get away with bullying the 'nice' guy.

The way I see guys like that are low lives, the people he hangs with will be low lives, and he will attract to him what he gives out. If that makes sense. Thats my satisfaction right there. Dude was a Loser, like your charity guy.

Aced my interview yesterday, if i don't get this job i will be very surprised. It's not exactly what i was hoping to be doing this year, i would have loved to be a assistant/ graduate ecologist and moved out of Bristol, but i kinda realise now that was never gonna happen, just a crazy dream.

This is definitely for the best, this way i get to improve my botany further and also learn about inverts while being payed double what i am at the moment, i can also keep my finger in at the consultancy by helping out with bats in the evenings and they could possibly subcontract me for some newt work..........

Sorry for the ramble, just trying to figure out what i want. I am happy that i probably have this job, but I'm also disappointed that my career isn't taking the exact direction i wanted it to

Bah, pretty shit. Just had a conversation about holidays and how I've taken so little time off so far.

I want to take some time off and I want to go somewhere, but not on my bloody own. I've got money but nothing to spend it on. I need a holiday, some sun, something to look forward to, anything to break this monotonous bullshit.
