Server down times
We continue to have short (2-5 minutes) downtimes a couple times a day on the new board
 Our host tells us it is due to them upgrading some software which seems to be less stable than it should be. They are assure us they are working on the problem. But, if you do have a time you cannot access the board, please don't panic, breathe deeply and try again in 2 minutes.  Anne |

Latest is that they have just replaced some RAM that they had installed last week and hopefully this solves the problem...

When you get that, it means the server has crashed and they are rebooting it. Usually takes them about 2 minutes.
Unfortunately, this is the second thing they tried today and it still hasn't solved the problem. I'll request we be moved to another server if they can't fix this in another day or two. Anne |
