Is anyone able to locate the "Big Things That Annoy You" thread please?

I had a look but I struggle to distinguish between all the words in the thread titles list. I did an advanced search too. I'm useless at finding threads haha

Thank you

Does anyone have any sort of practical, legitimate, side hustle to make a little bit of extra money - any folks with e-books on Amazon or anything like that?

I'm getting to that age now where I'm beginning to worry about pensions and thing like that so I'm just wondering if there is a way of getting a few extra pennies in the piggy bank for retirement.

Does anyone else find the smell of grapes unpleasant?

I lik the taste but not the smell.

The raw tomatoes used in some salads at my workplace also smell unpleasant to me.

^ It's certainly no fun being on them. It does give you a bit more freedom to earn money in whatever way you can ask if you're not on any benefits. You could sell some of your Christmas decorations?

^ Have you perhaps thought of something like only fans for men who like a leather clad gentleman

You may need to find out and get some advice on what you can do, it would probably be a good idea for you to apply for social housing/sheltered housing (as I've said before) which should be able to be covered by housing benefit and you may need to claim some benefits again. But quite frankly someone in your situation shouldn't need a face to face assessment!

^ You're not fat, and you look very good in those leather trousers! Anyway....

I know, but having a look is a good start. There are sometimes quieter places or properties available in more rural areas that might suit you better.

It would be nice to just be able to buy the place you want wouldn't it.

Don't put yourself down Crafty! I've seen your pics and you weren't fat and I thought you were a good looking fellow.

I'll keep on doing the lottery as long as i can. I don't need millions just enough to buy my own house far away from the scum of society. I just want some peace and quiet
I'm sure that social housing must exist in quiet out of the way areas that perhaps wouldn't suit families with young children who need to be close to schools, etc. It's never too soon to start making enquiries.

Anyway, it's so nice to hear you sounding a little bit more positive today

Totally, 100% agree a crafty elf. My idea of pure hell would be a communist dictatorship in which everyone has to live on giant housing estates, with communal dining rooms and communal TV rooms, etc, to “foster a sense of community”

All I’ve ever wanted is to be left alone. My dream would be a detached house in the countryside surrounded by fields and trees and silence. The nearest neighbours would be at least half a mile away. But I don’t think there is anywhere you can go now to escape. Eventually, England will just be one giant housing estate infested by boy racers screaming up and down with their modified exhausts. I always laugh when I hear Londoners say “we’re going to retire to the countryside for the the peace and quiet” Oh really? Good luck with that.

^ We're in no danger of a communist dictatorship, don't worry. Although in the Soviet Union they tended to make people live in apartment blocks.

There are loads of places in England that are still isolated and houses are far away from any neighbours, even in the South East. There are even more of those types of places in Wales and Scotland so maybe you just need to venture a bit further out. You just need the money for it unfortunately.

Every sossidge comes to an end.

We should create a sossidge philosophy in the park meet-up.

I feel like this answer will be no! But does anyone know anything about rollerblades?

I've found a few pairs that I like but they all have mixed reviews. I can't seem to think straight about it. I might go to a skate shop at the weekend to see some physical examples.

Front, always the front! (When I stay with my Mum we have a silent war about which way the toilet roll should hang, she says back and since it's her house I usually have to let her win. But I'm not happy about it.)

I'm impartial as I don't have a holder.
What's the argument for paper at the back? Paper at the front means less chance of getting your dirty fingers on the rest of the roll.

This is something I’ve never noticed before. I mix I up. Sometimes front. Sometimes back.

They call me the toilet roll maverick, amongst other things.

The cistern is inside a box that's behind the toilet so I keep all the toilet rolls on top of that box.
It's not ideal.

for that, I'm guessing you'd need to stand with your back against the wall and then do squats?

Do you still take a vitamin D supplement during the summer? I've reduced it to every other day because, though there is plenty of sunlight, i've not been getting much of it since i've been working fulltime.
