Went to cinema alone
Was talking about this in a thread in the lounge, said it was something I have wanted to do for ages - and I did it! Nearly wimped out so many times, and got so flustered I just said 1 adult and didn't tell the girl what film when buying my ticket. She looked at me like I was stupid. Ah well, glad I went.

Congratulations Rayenna!  Definitely a noteworthy achievement!! After my first couple of times to the movies myself, I found that there was no threat. There were other ppl there alone that looked perfectly normal, so I wasn't paranoid that I would seem weird to others. And I didn't hafta worry about people staring at me lol...cuz they'd either be talking to someone or staring at the screen! I read in your other post that you're a film lover, so I hope that you keep going to the movies whenever you have the urge, even if it means going alone! BTW...What Movie did You See?
