Social Wellbeing online self-help program looking for participants
There's a new online self-help programme designed to improve people's social well-being that's looking for participants to take part that aren't currently receiving any treatment for social anxiety. It involves six information and training modules that can be completed in your own time over a six week period and has received ethical clearance from the universities it's affiliated with. If you're eligible and decide to go ahead with it, you'll be allocated to one of two treatment groups, with one of the groups getting access to the treatment program immediately and the other group getting access after 12 months (not ideal, but it is free).

Thanks for deciding to post this. I'm not eligible due to a past schizophrenia dx but hopefully it may help some here.
