Hi Deana

Nice to meet you. I have suffered from social anxiety since I was about 11 or 12 but have only realised what was wrong with me 5 weeks ago due to seeing a therapist. I am 39 now, so most of my life has been dominated by this. I had been taking medication for depression for a few years but realised that helped lift my mood but I still had my anxiety and panic attacks, so I stopped taking them and have not needed them since.
