£456.10.
Is that like going to confession, pay the money and our sins are absolved?

I'll take two as long as you get a tree planted for each purchase..

I have added some app time and website time restrictions to my phone the last few days. This includes google.

I was thinking to actually search the answer to certain questions requires guts because it’s not always what we want to hear.

I find google is useful but can cause compulsive behaviour when it comes to searching for answers and then because there as so many different opinions you don’t actually find the answer unless you actually search for the answer in real life or find concrete proof.

My lack of direction in life right now. I’m on holiday now and I feel my job isn’ta great fit for me. I’m okay at setting up the rooms for events but the service aspect, the soft skills don’t come naturally to me and no one is willing to really help me in that aspect so I need to study something I think is probably more of what I’m naturally likely to be good at. I’m doing a job but it’s like I’m wasting my potential there. Also it feels like it takes over my life which makes it worse. Did the days of overtime last week, about added up to 6 hours of overtime. Then the free days were only on the form of one day off, not together. So I felt like I didn’t have enough time to rest from work.

I think if you don’t force yourself to sleep it’s easier to sleep. You may have not slept last night but gradually sleep would catch up with you.

When I briefly had insomnia, it was only in brief chunks of a few weeks before. I found sleep restriction was effective for me.

Well, yeah, you can't 'force' sleep, so .. unless through drugs. No, i'm not one to fret about sleep and knew it would come at some point. Thankfully i don't have much of a history with sleep issues.

I feel UK is much more accepting of gays than even 10 years ago. 10 years ago homophobic bullying or stigma was rampant in the catholic sixth form college I attended.

However I think transphobia is still widely stigmatised in the UK. I hope and think the upcoming generation would be much more understanding of trans sexuality. I feel it's even a relatively new thing to millennials and older Generation Z's that we don't accept transsexuality and try to make up arguments as to why it isn't right rather than try to understand it and see it for what it is.

I am speaking of some people's opinions I have seen on transsexuality. Not everyone is the same though.

A few people use the discord chat and I seem to remember someone saying it has a forum style to it, but I couldn't be sure of that.

Can't believe my car insurance renewal quote is lower than last year. Also it's inline with the price comparison website quotes. Result!

^ Thats good as you get older and get so many no claims it should go down, I passed my test way back in 2012 after many failures, last year I asked for a quote and they said £2,000 as its my first policy I never took it out.

I think I remember this at around 3:16 instrument being shown a lot a few years ago and some people saying it's useless.

Seeing her play it a bit, now the instrument seems like a common sense instrument as it seems more intuitive than a keyboard would be when it comes to controlling sounds that pitch bend and stuff. Probably good for some synths???

I really want to close my bedroom side window because my next door neighbour is coughing up a lung. But I don't want to make it seem like I'm closing the widow because he's coughing. But I really want to close the window so I can sleep. Guess I'll have to do it really slowly and gently.

I've been offered an interview being a carpet salesman. It sounds like a job title in a children's book, or a lyric in a Beatles song!

^ My habit of skim reading for the juicy bits on Twitter and the like have made me a bit dyslexic, like my brain can only be arsed to absorb every other word and just makes up the rest. Anyway, I thought you'd got an interview to be a carpet surrogate, which only gets more disturbing the more I try to imagine what it might entail.

^ haha being a carpet surrogate involves having fibres grafted onto your ankle, so you can grow a carpet for a family who don't have a carpet. £12000 for a rug and £300000 for an entire landing and stairs.

That sounds great Mike (the real actual job of being a carpet salesman). I really enjoy looking at fabric samples. Will you be shop based?

^ I think it would literally be me, with perhaps one other colleague, in a little section in Homebase serving a handful of customers a day (if I'm lucky). I imagine I'd be bored to tears. I'd rather take the carpet surrogate gig.
