Default words or phrase you'd like to see back in common usage

I'd like to see the word "groovy" getting used more, could be used as a substitute for the word cool.

Instead of saying you going buy a can of coke/pepsi, i'd love to see peeps saying they're going to buy a can of "pop"

Anyone else got a word or phrase they'd like to see come back form the dead?

In certain states in America, I think this is still the norm.

Personally, I'd like to see Shakespearean insults make a comeback.

Charabanc is a great old word. "We're going on the charabanc." Meaning coach trip.

I'd like to see the word 'gay' reinstated to mean happy or pretty as in 'What gay flowers!'
I have an old girls' annual that uses the word gay quite a lot in this context as in 'make a gay bookmark'. This is from the early sixties.

my Dad used to say "crivens",....it basically means "oh shit"
if I ever heard it again I'd probably warp back to the 70's instantly

I'd like to hear the old " your'e looking well,..have you been ill" sarcy phrase back in circulation

"Consarn it"

"Forsooth"

"I'll tell you for why"

We still use one to describe camp men which is "too heavy for light work and too light for heavy work" (said of the man who used to hang the ladies underwear in the Co-Op drapers) This may just be a Suffolkism.
