Good day, went out for a meal with family and have been enjoying the sun most the day. Feel weirdly good, I like this weather!

Absolutely not my day today. Got a phone call to pick my sister up from school 15 bloody minutes before I was due to go. So I had to sort myself out quickly, checking the mirror takes 15 minutes alone!

got blistered heels as a result of rushing. Came home to make her some dinner. Burnt my finger. Used the wrong side of the foil to cook it on resulting in me scraping off food with a fork whilst running to the cold tap to nurse my finger every 4 seconds.

But apart from that everythings cool maaaaaan. I hope I spelt everything right as I'm typing with one hand and the other in a cup of water.:rolleyes:

pumped up with dopamine- from walking a few miles or so. But think underneath that not so good as when I was agoraphobic for a very long time- I'm sure something went awire. I'm not sure if its OCD and untreated got very bad where I check my own thoughts obsessively. I don't know.

I really dont feel good at the moment. I have to ring work tomorrow which im really worried about. My skin is also a mess and i look really haggard. Nothing at all like i do in that pic i posted with my guitar. I seriously wish i had the balls to kill myself sometimes. I kid myself and kid myself..but 'it' never goes away.

I wish my dad would remove that harsh light in the bathroom..but then again other family members use that mirror no problem...it would just feel like i was cheating..and make me even more anxious and depressed. For fek sake..it really is hard to keep up hope.

I have not got the balls to kill myself..defo not in this decade. My brain wont allow me to be myself..because i cannot accept what i see in the mirror. I dont care what others expect of me. What makes me different from others?...thats what i want to know..

You'll feel better once the call's over with. Why don't you go for a short walk tomorrow, just some place and back again. Make you feel better. Good for mind, body and spirit!

Somewhat worried that I discovered what I presume is next door's young cat can climb into my bedroom through the window, after making friends with it earlier... I haven't asked the rats how they feel yet but I don't think they'll be free-ranging as much from now on
