How bad is it to eat a 24 multipack of crisps in a day

i eat a lot of junk

but actually crisps and chocolate and stuff not so much (however when i do it seems rude to leave a packet of something half empty so i end up finishing it off..especially biscuits and stuff)

i doubt 24 bags of crisps in the odd day is really a big deal , the health freaks will probably be disgusted (like that stupid woman on TV)

meh who cares, i brought a brand new pack of jacobs crackers and a tub of dairylea spread up here while watching stuff on TV...i also brought a container to put the rest of the crackers in afterwards so they dont go soft....i am not going to be needing that container

I could do £15-20 a day as it increases the amount of times i can avoid going out of my flat in order to put food in the freezer.I have always been more of an indoor than outdoor type but these last 3-4 years it has got ridiculous .At one time if i felt like going out and it was morning or afternoon i would do so(i have never been a great one for going out at night) but now i have to really struggle with myself to do so.If i am with my befriender or someone else(that very rarely happens) i am not so bad but on my own i can find myself getting out of breath as i walk, where i am anxious.

As a one off I think its fine, but obviously not something you want to be doing every day...

Those multi-pack crisps are smaller portions than a usual bag of crisps too, if that is of any consolation :-)

Monster munch are like air. Bit like Quavers. I once ate 8 packs of Walkers BBQ rib flavour. Woke up the next day with a mouth as dry as a stick - damn salt

I ate 2 full packs (16) of golden syrup pancakes a few days ago and felt absolutely crap after it. Binge eating is my forté...
