My logic being there are other things to watch and if you get rid of books you can just read stuff on kindle.

A Holidays, Thumbs, Music (totally selfish choice - I wanted to keep cars too, but I need my thumbs and there are trains and buses).

B alcohol & famine, nonces & books, war & medicine - again, selfish choices (although as I'm getting older now, there's a chance I may regret getting rid of medicine).

I'd eradicate Television/dysentery, alcohol/famine, and it's a toss up between nonces/books or comedy/terrorism
