Just had a pasta dish. Mushrooms, red onion, garlic, in a creamy sauce. Wasn't as nice as it sounds. So I'm having a giant triple chocolate cookie to compensate

Jacket potato and salad. I've also been limiting my sugar for nearly a week! I highly recommend it!

Thanks Dougie! It hasn't been easy, but I've stayed strong. Although I had a slight nibble on a yorkie bar today, but it was only a nibble. I also had a nibble on a kit Kat bar the other day as well. A lot of nibbling has been going on is what I'm trying to say! But apart from that, I've stayed strong.

Raisins are great, Biscuit! So much better for you. I had an apple for lunch and my taste buds weren't complaining. Nature's candy is definitely the way forward

Wedge up and apple and have it with raisins. Match made in heaven!

Also spread crunch peanut butter on thinly sliced apple.

You'll be living and loving the dream.

Apple and crunch peanut butter I've never tried that combo before! It sounds great to me! So much so that my taste buds are already getting the party invitations ready! Thanks, Biscuit! I'll give it a try

KIND Caramel Almond & Sea Salt Snack Bars. They cost £3 from ASDA. A bit expensive but they taste great! I haven't checked the calorie content yet but I would imagine it's about 50 calories a bar. Although I could be wrong about that.

What type of cereal does your nan eat?

Granola.

That sounds great, Biscuit! After all, I like weetabix. And I also like butter. So in theory it should be a winning combination. And of course Nans know best. Even though my Nan's favourite ingredient was lard. Which probably included Weetalard. But still, Nans know best

Mackerel fillets in sunflower oil. This is me now - eating fish direct from a can. Why did it take me so long to come to this revelation.

A chocolate pop tart, Aldi's vegan versions.

It's genuinely like eating chocolate flavoured cardboard and I'm loving it.

^ It doesn't look it What is it?

Bloody pumpkin seeds almost had me chucking up just now. I've been holding it down for the past half hour, pacing around, trying to focus on anything but the nausea and the stomach discomfort. Bizarre reaction when i was okay eating them only yesterday

^ Probably best to stop eating them now!

I'm having some posh sheep's feta cheese from Waitrose.

(That wasn't meant to be a flex).

^^ I think it's the cursed scrambled smegg on toasts that you had earlier?

(seriously though, hope you're okay? as someone with an extremely sensitive and delicate digestive system I know the scary feeling)

My parents stayed at the weekend so I did some showing off and made croque madams on top of ghost-shaped crumpets. I used powdered white sauce instead of making a bechamel myself because I'm not that good. It looked quite pleasing.

^^ & ^^^ I shall pick my times wisely with these i think after yesterday. My stomach has become a little unreliable over the past couple of years with some foods

^ same! Then you have it again and it's fine then you have it another time and it's really not fine - more like... watery or too shy to come out. TMI.

Super noodles (curry flavour) and cheese & onion pasty. I only wish I had a pint of lard to swill it down! Although it does taste great
