Default Are you a germophobe?

Generally I'm not at all. Food drops on the floor and I'll typically eat it assuming it's not too hairy. But the thing that I'm a bit OCD about is cups in a hotel room. I generally fill them with boiling water and tip that away after a few minutes before making my tea.

I can be, as I have OCD. I wash my hands a lot when cooking and cleaning and things. I will eat food that's fallen onto the floor though

I am and I'm not, I always rinse a mug with boiling water before I make a cuppa even if it's one I washed up.
I'm not that bothered about having dirty hands from work but I wash them before I eat and also after going to the loo, the place I fear germs the most is using an atm, all those mingey fingers that have touched the buttons = yuck!
Restaurant cutlery is another bug bear - nothing more annoying than grubby cutlery!

I don't like to use doorhandles that the general filthy public touch with their sweaty unwashed digits
Other than that, nah

Not hugely, but I am a very frequent hand washer.

I clean my mouse and keyboard when someone else has been using them, generally use hand sanitiser when I've touched stuff that the public use (doors, trolleys, roller coasters ) but I'm not obsessive...yet I definitely wouldn't eat anything that's been on the floor

It's a struggle for me to care about general cleanliness and hygiene (hello ladies) but I'm quite fussy about food possibly being off or tainted. I just bought some milk and got home to find it'd already been opened There's probably nothing wrong with it, but I reckon it's black coffee for me till I next go out.

In general, no.

The only thing i'm a bit weird about is eating anything that's been on someone elses plate, something i think i've retained from a young age. Even if i'm still hungry after finishing my own food and someone offers their leftovers..... nah, you're good. Also, i remember at school, there was a weird thing for mates to ask for a sip of your drink, it seemed to happen on every occasion, i could never understand why they would want to do that..... and all that talk about 'backwashing'

Anyway, some Curb....

^^ I'm very pleased that in newer public toilets now you don't have to touch a button or lever to flush the toilet there's just a thing that you wave your hand Infront of and and it does it automatically, same with turning on the taps.

Well, I wasn't a germophobe before but think I'm becoming one now..!! Funnily enough I'm fastidious on a personal level, showers, clean clothes etc. But not for some of these other examples. Maybe I've got my head in the sands... if I can't see it, feel it, hear it, then maybe I'm fooling myself into thinking it doesn't exist.
