Hello, single mum just diagnozed with SAD

Hello everyone

im hoping I can find people to relate to here and make some NEW friends...scary!

Im 26 young hard working woman with a beautiful 5year old daughter.

I have struggled most my life and 10+years been suffering/diagnosed/taking medication for depression.

I finally went and saw a therapist last fri and was told I have SAD and am now going through the process of CBT

I have been cross examined and told I am self critical , a mind reader and a mind filter in the behavioural breakdown.

I may seem out there on here but I am just relived iam not going nuts and some of you may understand how it feels to be where I am.

SAD sounds like something I might suffer from. winter always brings me down.
