Default Mental Tiredness

Just wondering how everyone seems to find their mind levels holding up.

For me personally I seem more tired in the evenings now at around 7pm and could sleep from then because of the anxiety of worrying about every other little thing including SA.

The paranoia factor does come into play a lot with SA and feeling awkward about speaking out & making friends that its definatly contributing on using up so much mental energy that as soon as it gets dark I find im feeling lethargic so so quickly.

Anyone else feeling 'drained' far quicker as a result of SA than perhaps they usually would without it?

Default Re: Mental Tiredness

Yes I am absolutely shattered. Probably because these days I am out of the house more. Very draining.

I didn't think I could be so paranoid, but I guess I still have not overcome the problems I faced at high school. Bullying. I have no energy left and I am drained. Luckily, its Thursday, last day of school week.
