I guess it's possible to be both . I have my doubts I am though despite being on depo, and knowing they don't prescribe antipsychotics lightly .
I guess they must have their reasons but it's often hard to see them.

For me it's hard to tease out what is mental health related and what is dyspraxia and non verbal learning disorder related; something which I probably have but is difficult to get recognition and support for in a largely non holistic system. Although the effects of the latter two can result in mental health issues.
