Hello Again!
Hi! Not posted for very long time (Nov 2017!) so re-introducing myself! I am wrong side of 50 (not that thats a real problem in itself) but have suffered with anxiety related low self esteem problems for majority of life. I try hard to combat it and have long periods of time where I am feeling ok(ish) and just coasting along then usually something happens and I come crashing down! Anyway, hello (again) and look forward to conversing with some of you!

Hi BorrowedMum, welcome back. I'm sure nobody is ever the 'wrong side' of their age, and it's good to reflect on our individual inhibitions and insecurites, no matter our age or mental state. I wish you well in your next phase of self-development and awareness. :-).
