Another new one
Hi guys,
I have started posting in the last couple of weeks so thought I should say hello here. I am a 33 year old, married with kids and have suffered with SA as long as I can remember. I have done a few things in the past to help with SA but never really got over it. After having kids my priorities changed and I never really thought about SA as an issue anymore until recently. I realise i am still lonely and miserable and need to have my own life. I am determined to overcome it whatever it takes. I am feeling pretty positive at the moment and from my time doing CBT I think I know what I have to work on. Hopefully I can also offer some advice here too. I have just been reading posts on some nearby meets. If I am feeling brave I may even go to one. Anyone been to one who can tell me what to expect? |

I'm in York. I hear there are meets in York and I could easily travel to Leeds. Have you been to one, or would you? |
