Hello all
I have found your site after a very difficult time in my life. Until 2 years ago I was a happy outgoing women and now I struggle to leave my house. I just want to be me again. I still don't know what caused or triggered this problem. Other than work I don't really go out apart from a few places I feel safe and comfortable. Its nice to know that I'm not alone as my friends and family struggle to understand how my life has changed so much
