Twin Peaks: The Return is all I really care about tv wise right now, not many episodes left, I will be lost without it.

^ Me too. He's said that it was only ever going to be a one-off and there aren't any plans but that he never says 'no'. I would love more but I don't know. I'm really going to miss it

^^Yeah the tv executive at showtime said something along the lines of 'no plans to, but we'll see once all is said and done'. I think if the ending is really ambiguous there is hope, but if the whole town is wiped off the map, then it's definitely done.

Very true, a fourth season set just in the black/white lodges wouldn't be unrealistic. I'd watch it.

The State...

All the unexplained whiteys are quite jarring. Half way through and it really doesn't make very much sense why any of them have joined.. That's the interesting story for me. So far the only logical conclusion from the two episodes is that they are all thick as shit. Maybe that's the case but some nuance would be nice.

Gotta be an omen a program about Lego not long after my Lego village/orgy post.

I've not seen it no, I've only seen The Elephant Man/ Mullholland Drive and of course all things Peaks. I plan on watching the rest of his features once The Return is over.

I've been a fan for a long time but just haven't got around to them.

^ I like being associated with Lego!

Unfortunately, the program was a bit crap, not that interesting - it hasn't diminished my Lego/orgy fantasy though, that's something i'll always hold dear to my heart.

^ The lego sounds were massively reduced though, nothing makes me come faster than the sounds of a hand wafting through a large box of lego !! To and fro, to and fro, to and fro, where is the 4x1, I am sure I saw it........ hang on, back in five minutes..... make it ten.

They had boxes and boxes - supposedly over a million pieces, arranged by colour (if you like that sort of thing). The 4x2 brick is the one they get excited about too, i can't remember what they said about that, there was some amzing editing ..

I should spoiler this probably

^ I still have all my lego. I imagine you wont be able to find any engineer who didnt have either lego or meccano growing up. Stickle bricks and silly putty makes politicians and pen pushers, lego makes engineers

Incidentally if I find anybody using the term legos as a plural term on this forum I will work my way up to moderator and ban them. Is that clear ?!

Its the 4x1 that is the sexiest standard brick, no question. The lego technic 4x1 with the holes in is basically a miniature plastic orgasm.

I have a 3d printer so have printed all sorts of odd non standard bricks. 45 degree angles and wotnot. The wotnots are the hardest part.

^^ I love that lego/meccano, stickle/putty thing - is that a reckoned thing?

I'm hankering now for a big kit - i want something that will take a month to complete. I want a Lego kit that comes with several weeks worth of cannibis!

^ if you are on 5USA then skip the next one, last salute is one of the worst or the era in my opinion. They took a diversion and it failed IMO Its more like an agatha christie which I think was their aim.

^ He was, two at least I think. He played a spy in one and I think an undertaker in another, that wasnt such a good one, I think it had a golden girl in it, never a good thing. I think he actually directed the spy one. Christ, columbo really would be my specialist subject on mastermind And people would love me for my columbo skills.

That and gin of course.
