Hi everyone!

I'm a 25 year old female living in North Wales, I have only just recently realised that I suffer from SA. All my life I have felt on edge and incredibly self conscious and anxious within social settings. I was unaware SA and felt like I was the only one experiencing these difficulties.

At the moment I am living alone and have very little social life. I hope that being a member on here will introduce me to other people who are understanding and can build some friendships.

Hello! And with the exception of being female and in North Wales, oh and being 25, I can relate Sort of thought SA was something everyone went through and grew out of sooner or later. Nah. Well; perhaps later, & with much introspection.
