Thumbs up Goals For 2016

What are your goals for this year? We can help one another reach them with support.

Stuff like:

1. A new hobby or skill
2. Career goals
3. Personal development like exercise or building confidence
4. Overcoming SA goals like CBT
5. Long-term life goals

We can share tips & advice and pass on opportunities we see or hear about. Plus writing them here will make us more likely to complete them.

Join a gym
Attend a park run
Be more sociable
Make new friends
Be happier/less lonely by the time I'm 30
Travel down south
Feel good when I look in the mirror

Gone back to sing in two choirs. I love singing but stress out about talking to other choir members and making friends. This is my third week at rehearsal and I'm already struggling really badly. I'll keep on trying.

Going back to the gym next week
Eating more healthily and losing weight
Changing jobs. My job is really getting me down so I'm researching what I want to do as a career change.
Do voluntary work.
Make friends.
Be in a relationship.
Go for counselling and make a list of the issues I want sort out and manage.
Join groups on Meetup.
Grow my own herbs.
