tht my doctors are useless and receptionsips moody and unhelpfull cant get a docotrs appointment apart from mornings but am at work and she tells me to ring up on the day at 8.30 where i work theres no signal and cant ring up so they wont help me get an appointment.

Life is short. I've just heard today that someone in my year at school passed away from cancer. Also a girl who was in my class at primary school has been on the local news a lot recently, because she was brutally murdered. I wasn't close to either of them, but it feels so strange and sad that two people I've known and are so young have gone so horrifically.

^ best incident i had of that a while back was when i had to come Back in ..on another day (not my sign on day) ..to collect the bus fairs

..are you sure i couldnt just do this..when i sign on next?

its like getting blood out of stone trying to get anything out of them..especially when they make a big deal out of being able to help you with travel costs for interviews and money towards interview clothes its less hassle to just..do it yourself

but alas..i cant even get an interview so its not like it matters at the moment /table

I'm thinking that in about 2 months I'm going to be either homeless, dead, or i'll be in jail after having done something insane and stupid thing like stolen an ice cream truck and driven it into the sea. I don't want to be any of those things, i'm too fussy and weak to survive on the streets or in jail, and so is my cat. shit. you make your bed you lie in it.

Girls are more likely to become depressed though.

I dont always like SAS since some parts of the forum seem hyper negative and when I get answers they sometimes seem so simplistic. But then it also has some v good threads on it .

The few stories I've read of people overcoming SA tells me SA doesn't always take very, very long to overcome. It's just about finding the right treatment and consistency which is probably a hard to find.

Haha, at least she didn't make you feel worse. I'm thinking I should have seen this doctor months ago. So much more competent and empathetic then the other one I was seeing; it would have saved a lot of hassle!

Also I'm sitting outside my house on the floor like a tramp 'cause I forgot my key. One of my neighbours invited me in, but I don't know her very well so declined. Regretting it now cause it's suddenly gone chilly.

Most people are rubbish at alot of things. Key is to focus on things you are good at and/or become better at the things you don't excel at currently. No one is born great at doing something, we get better by learning and practicing.
