"British citizens can stay without a residence permit in Spain only for*90 days within a 180-day period. After that, they must register for a new residence permit in Spain if they want to stay longer."

Not worth the risk of staying longer when you go to leave Spain things could get a bit awkward.

Just another brexit bonus.

Spain is introducing a "digital nomad" visa, it might be worth looking into if your current job lets you work remotely most of the time.

Temporarily living in Spain would be amazing, wez.
Food: delicious!
Weather: delicious!
Men: delicious!

My job would allow me to live and work in Spain for two years. It's what I plan to do at some point. When I work up the courage!

Cool thanks for all the replies, they were helpful

I don't really have much to offer to spain, apart from sitting in there lovely sun, I don't actually have a job at the moment, I just want to find some easy going landlord that will accept like 6 months rent upfront and not ask to many questions ha

That is great biscuits that your job gives you the opportunity to live there so easily

That sounds brilliant Biscuits.

Also one becomes 10% more attractive by going abroad because of the exotic factor.

I lived in Valencia for about 18 months when I was a student - I don't know anything about the visa situation since it was completely different back then (and also part of education), but all I would say is I definitely recommend it. Things are changing, but I don't think it would ever be likely for them to allow someone to stay for so long without proof of income.
