Meh. Woke up at 4.20 ish, wide awake so had a little breakfast. Had an hour of restlessness, then fell asleep till about 6.30. Just had a bath, now I feel like sleeping for a few hours and can't.

Gonna be a grumpy morning.

It's going to be one of those days again. Woke up with a headache and thirst. Seems like it might be dehydration . Have been drinking squash and water but headache and thirst persisting.

Why?!

I don't have a proper shower. I have a shower head inbuilt with the taps but I only really use it for hair washing. My poor bathroom is still behind the times

Ah, gotcha, makes sense now. We'd have a similar setup if it weren't for the walk-in shower unit in the downstairs bathroom. I couldn't be without a decent shower - i'd much prefer to have a decent shower unit/setup over a bath.

^^ Feeling a bit under the weather? Something's up with me too - I feel dizzy and a bit sick if I do anything other than remain sprawled on the sofa. It feels a bit like sunstroke, but I've not really been in the sun today. I've also had two poos in the space of two hours. And neither was insubstantial.

I was feeling like that when I got up this morning, I don't feel dizzy anymore, just uncomfortable and listless.

I've just come back from getting a few bits at the supermarket - feeling mildly meh and empty. The 'wholesome' family next door have got their daughter over with her bf(? i'm guessing) and are still chattering away, playing garden games, etc. ... which isn't helping the mood.

I'm feeling a bit pants. Just that feeling of genuine, practical problems piling on with few obvious solutions. I think this will be one of those periods to tough out, sigh.
