cold salad of:
(salad leaves, balsamic vinegar, garlic stuffed olives, red onion, olive oil, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, garlic pepper)

should be having an M&S curry later with a chilled bottle of lager.

I tried tofu for the first time today, it was yum and reminded me (the texture) of mozerella

It's cheat day today

so I'll be having pizza for din dins.

I skipped breakfast, lunch and went straight to dessert. There is something special about a chocolate cake. What with the fluffiness of the sponge and the right amount of chocolate icing. It makes you glad to be alive. I also forgot to mention the whipped cream. Now that was something. It's times like this that I wish I smoked.

A roast dinner, comprising a chicken leg, two small roast potatoes (I'm not a fan), roasted carrot and parsnip, and steamed cabbage

Soon some popcorn, possibly. Maybe a Reese's miniature or two.

No breakfast

Chicken kiev and oven chips with garlic mayo

Broccoli, mushroom and halloumi cheese stir fry. (Usually this is with bacon but Halloumi is the veggie option, bit of a marvellous revelation to me, I've never had fried halloumi b4.)

A bit of a home made bircher but the coconut milk was too much (rich) for me, so mostly ate the topping (raspberries and chopped hazelnuts)

Vegetable samosas (foolishly went into s.market for some flour and came out with these as they were reduced

)

Home made pizza - mozzarella, onion, pepper, mushroom and chicken stripped from chicken wings.
