im thinking of buying a mountain bike, does anyone know what frame size i would need if i'm 5ft 10.5 inches tall....leg measurement is i think 34"..

Hi avoider, the sizing webpage linked in the post above looks pretty good. In addition, I would recommend trying a few bikes on for size before you pick a frame. Aren't there two measures of frame sizing available that determine its geometry? I can't remember sorry! I am buying a mountain bike at the moment too and sizing is a huge pain. I have resorted to going into shops and sitting on all the bikes until one just feels 'right'.
